Farhatullah Yaseen

Licensed as an Advocate High Court, Mr. Farhatullah has been practicing law at High Court and Lower Courts. He is a litigator with broad experience in civil, criminal, family, corporate, property, banking, consumer, and intellectual property matters. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Law.

Mr. Kalwar started his legal career in Pakistan with a renowned law firm and pioneers of intellectual property namely Ali & Associate, where he worked mainly in the trademark section and was majorly assigned with corporate clients. Furthermore, he assisted the lead counsels in cases pending at IPO. It has acquainted him with legal knowledge and its applications in-depth, teamwork, self-assessment, discipline, empathy, and professionalism at the workplace.

Subsequently, Mr. Kalwar joined Hyder Shar Law Associates as a litigator and was assigned to lead all sorts of cases such as suits of specific performance, money recovery, property disputes, consumer cases, succession, pre & post arrest bails, criminal matters, family matters, disputes relating to rented premises, etc. Besides an exquisite litigation experience, as a team leader, it complimented his managerial skills and office management.

Furthermore, Mr. Kalwar also holds experience with matters related to labor Courts and NIRC due to his acquaintance with one of the best law firms namely Faisal Mehmood Ghani & Co.

Presently, Mr. Kalwar is working independently with several cases on board in related fields stated herein above and appearing before relevant appropriate forums for the same. It is challenging to manage tasks such as legal research, legal drafting, case filing, client dealing & coordination, maintaining records, and proving end-to-end litigation services but the same has polished his skills, confidence and personality as a litigator.

The domain of his expertise includes civil law, corporate law, criminal law,
family law, rental law, property disputes, consumer law, intellectual property
law, banking law, constitutional law, and other laws applicable in Pakistan.

Mr. Kalwar graduated with BA.LLB Hons (05-year Program) and LLM from
Shaheed the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law. Throughout his educational
period, he was appointed as a teacher’s assistant numerous times. The job
description mostly included teaching in extra hours or in the absence of the
teacher, providing assistance after class hours to students who needed extra
lessons, making assignments including quizzes, checking those assignments,
and aligning course material such as PowerPoint presentations, and study
notes. Henceforth, holds sound knowledge and understanding of the law with
good research skills.
